Introduction

Remember, when booking a caterer make sure of the following:-
 

1) Are they Professional and Qualified?
After being in catering for over thirty years we are trained and hold the 151, 152, 706/1, 706/2, Food Service, Silver Service, City & Guilds of London Institute of Catering, Food & Beverage Hygiene, N.E.B.S.S. Certificates and the Clean Food Award. We are registered and regularly inspected by Gloucestershire Environmental Health. Our food is delivered in refrigerated vans and kept at the required temperature on site.

2) Can they supply Special Diets?
Our Chefs are trained to Health Service Dietary Standards, for example vegetarian, vegan, low sodium, gluten free, diabetic, etc. etc. (Please ask for menu choices).
3) Vegetarian Selection
We offer a wide selection of vegetarian meals.


Your caterer should be insured, qualified and registered or you could be liable.



Children:
4 and under ~ no charge, children aged 5 - 10 ~ half price.

Wine & drinks service: We can arrange trade discount off wine on sale or return with free glass hire through our suppliers. The wines etc. are delivered to us for chilling, we bring to site and take away any returns at the end, and our charge is £1 per head + VAT per session for chilling/service/corkage and washing glasses. (For example service of drinks on arrival, service during the meal and a toast would be 3 sessions). Should you wish to supply your own wine there will be a charge for hire of glasses @ 25p per head per session, washing glasses @ 25p per head per session and service/corkage @ 50p per head per session + VAT. This price includes chilling your wine.

Collection only: Buffets that are collected from our premises by the customer are not subject to VAT.
