WE UNDERTAKE
1. To supply and serve ample quantities of food of the highest standard facilities permit in accordance with the Menu approved and accepted for the number booked.
2. To provide the necessary china, cutlery, table covers and all the usual requisites for the proper service of the meal as quoted.
3. To provide the services of an effcient and uniformed staff.
4. To place all rubbish in black plastic bags or boxes where possible, for your removal (Health Regulations, please see point 9 below).

YOU UNDERTAKE
5. To provide adequate kitchen and accommodation, tabling and seating or to reimburse the cost thereof if paid by us. These to be set out by yourselves. Our quotation does not indude the erection of tables and layout of chairs. tf an evening buffet is required, assistance will be needed for any removal of tables and chairs.
6. Number of guests to be given to us TEN days prior to the function and FINAL number of guests to be given not less than FIVE days prior to the date of the function. This will be the minimum number charged to the account.
7. To provide a good, clean water supply, adequate electric power and lighting, with drainage to the kitchen area and with outside lighting to the loading area if required.
8. To erect and set up all tables and chairs.
9. To undertake removal of all rubbish, to indude foodstuffs and bottles left by Three Counties Caterers and yourselves. (Health Regulations).

IT IS AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES
10. The quotation is based on the minimum number of guests given and subject to VAT. Should any redudion in numbers result after this it may necessitate an amendment in the price per head quoted. (Please see 'Surcharge for Smaller Numbers' below).
11. The right is reserved by us, up to four weeks prior to the date of the event, to amend the price quoted to cover any exceptional increases in costs, i.e. VAT increases or inflation, if the prices are quoted more than three months before the event.
12. The invoice to be settled in full wlthin 14 days (based on Point 6 above). Failing this 5% interest will be added to the account each month.

N.B. We will do our utmost to arrive on time to carry out our duties, but in the case of extreme bad weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control we accept no liability.
